Fellows Program

Bringing together faculty members from various disciplinary backgrounds under a perennial theme "The Pacific Rim in the 21st Century", the Fellows Program is an annual seminar series which examines issues relating to sociopolitical, cultural, and economic realities in the Pacific Rim region.

Each seminar focuses on a selected annual theme and complements scholarly discussions with synchronized field immersion experiences across two APRU member economies.

To promote long term cross-national and multi-disciplinary research collaborations between APRU Fellows, the following are made available to participants of the Fellows Program:

APRU Collaborative Research Paper Award >>

APRU Collaborative Research Seed Grants Program >>

2004: APRU fellows taking a picture at University of California, Santa Barbara.

2004: APRU fellows at a field trip in Japan.
