Fellows Program

Collaborative Research Seed Grants Program

To further the Fellows Program goals to promote long term cross-national and multi-disciplinary research collaborations between APRU Fellows, the APRU Fellows Seed Grants program was introduced in 2002. APRU Fellows forming teams with members from at least 3 different countries are eligible to apply for the seed grants to research on any topic of their choosing.

2002 Fellows Program:
3 Seed Grants awarded for APRU Research Collaborations

3 teams of APRU fellows successfully received APRU seed grants to do collaborative studies on environmental sustainability. It was the first time such collaborative seed awards have been given by APRU Fellows Program. These awards were made possible by the contributions of Nike, the corporate sponsor, and the University of Oregon and Seoul National University who were the hosts for Fellows Program 2002.
