UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE JOINS APRU
September 1, 2006 - University of Melbourne
was recently admitted as APRU's 37th member university. The
university is recognized for its strengths in education, research
and global connectedness.
APRU Secretary General Dr Lawrence Loh called on Vice-Chancellor
Glyn Davis in August to welcome University of Melbourne into APRU.
Established in 1853, the university currently has 15 faculties and
is a member of the Australian Group of Eight Universities.
