WWTI: [HKUST] Green Monday Introductory Talk

‘Plant-based🌱is essential to the Planet’s future🌍’

The intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change examines the estimated impact on greenhouse-gas emissions of the world’s population adopting a variety of diets and finds that no animal-source diet can greatly reduce the emission of CO2 equivalent.

In the introductory talk, (the instructor) will briefly introduce the benefits of adopting a veggie lifestyle to both individuals and the whole planet, and how Green Monday corporate with HKUST to increase the plant-based meals on campus.
