UCLA News: Building the foundation — and networks — needed to diversify university leadership

To address the gender imbalance in university leadership, the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) created a mentoring program for mid-career female faculty. UCLA leaders and professors have been active participants in the program since its inception in 2020.
